Symposium Registration

Registration for the 14th International Symposium on Reactor Dosimetry is done through ASTM International.

Note: Those who wish to pay by Wire Transfer should NOT register through the ASTM International link provided. Instead, see the instructions at Wire Transfer Information.

Registration fees will be as follows:

Registration (through April 15, 2011): 600.00 USD
Late/On-site Registration (after April 15, 2011): 675.00 USD
*Student Registration: 300.00 USD
*Student Late/On-site Registration: 375.00 USD

*A reduced student fee is offered provided that he/she is a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university and is not employed full time.  Students may participate in all Symposium activities, but will not receive a copy of the Proceedings.

Hotel Registration

NOTE: Hotel reservations should be made as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Hotel registrations must be made directly with the hotel. A special room rate has been negotiated, as follows:

Standard Room: 149.00 USD Single/Double / 169.00 USD Triple
plus applicable taxes (~9%) and resort fee of $10/day

NOTE: The weekend immediately following the Symposium is a major U.S. holiday. The OMNI Mt. Washington Resort will be available for extended stays prior to the Symposium, but will NOT be available starting the evening of Friday, May 27. Please plan accordingly. Other hotels in the area may be available, but attendees who wish to extend their visit beyond the end of the Symposium are advised to make travel arrangements early.
